  Absolutely fantastic for budget travelers or clean room searchers in Bangkok. We really appreciated the location, right in the middle of one of the greatest areas of the capital city. You can reach everything on foot and tuk-tuk and taxis are at the end of the street for further tours around. The receptionist that welcomed us the first day was kind of grumpy but the next morning, the old lady - It was a very clean hostel, close to the Kao san road, where you can find a really cheap market. There is a large number of restaurant for all the budgets, clothes stores, pubs, massage shops, and whatever you can imagine!

  Beautiful old house full of pretty thai antiques, loved the traditional atmosphere and quirky feeling... very quiet street, the only noise was some 'opera' singer practicing in a house next door :)) the guesthouse is very quiet and aswell, which is wonderful in a city like this. Staff is very friendly and helpful, even let me stay till the evening... wat mensen zeggen » without a need to pay for it when i needed to wait for late flight. there is a lovely shy girl taking care of daily room cleaning and breakfast cooki - Because of problems with my arrival at Bangkok I got to the Baan Tepa very late around midnight. The manager waited just for me and stayed up till I arrived, helped with a quick check-in so that I was able to rest. The next day I had a fresh delicious breakfast and the manager explained where I can go and what to do for a first visit in Bangkok. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I would stay there again if I came a second time to Bangkok.

  I was there with my 2 teenaged children. We enjoyed our stay there. The place was exceptionally clean especially the beds with clean and crisp linen. They provide many pillows for our comfort. The bathroom was very very clean. The hairdryer they provided was the big saloon types not the small ones and was very - The Breakfast was extremely sumptuous. They also serve coffee/tea, orange juice and water at every breakfast. Rooms are very clean and spacious. Aircon works fine and toilets are very clean too.
