Once in a rare while these days you come across a true gem. This apartment hotel is one of those. The accommodation is first rate, the food superb and the staff professional and friendly. No one can do enough for you. The gym is full sized the pool enormous and everything seems brand new. I cannot praise it enough as you can see. The hotel is very convenient for embassies in Bangkok. Not very far from
some nightlife and night markets you could walk it but I hailed a taxi
and it was only 40 thb to get there. The reception is very helpful and

It's not my first time ... I stayed more than one time ...I love the decoration of the hotel and very clean and the location is amazing ,,, but the only thing is the Internet facility ,,, 1 of the guest can connect to the Internet but the others can't ... And it's little pit expensive.... Other wise it's amazing :-) .. Thanks a lot -

For us it was a oasis in a caotic city. Our room was big, bed and pillows are very good and bathroom has a excellent shower.
Ar conditioned work great in a extremelly hot city.
Location ins between two Skytrain. So it is easy to go to places that Skytrain or subway can leave you. And that is a problem for Bangkok, not a hotel issue.

Staff were friendly and helpful. I would recommend emailing to let staff know if you need to check in late as reception is not usually open 24 hours - but we emailed to let them know we were arriving at about 11.30pm and they were happy to make sure someone was there when we arrived. Very convenient location for the Skytrain, 2 stops on the Skytrain to the river where you can catch the Chao Phrayo Express and Tourist boats. The free mini bananas were a nice touch.

I liked the fact that I got upgraded to a one-bedroom suite on the 35th floor. It was awesome to be able to have breakfast in the lounge on the 37th floor. The evening complementary cocktails and canapes were very much appreciated. The staff was very pleasant, helpful and always smiling. The Chong Nonsi BTS is only 10 minutes walk away and for those who don't want to walk the hotel has a shuttle bus to bring you there. Silom Road is only 15 minutes walk away.
