I accidentally took their keys, and they were very polite about it. I arranged to mail them back, and they were friendly and understanding throughout. Nice (however small) rooms, big safe deposit box, cabled/wireless (and free) Internet access, well maintained and nicely decorated. Our Guest Record was pre-filled, so we only had to sign it and hence we had a quick check-in. I have enjoyed the atmosphere of a small boutique hotel (of course, most taxi driver don't know the hotel, but Surawong is a major road, therefore easy to find or just name Le Meridien), but in the middle of everything. Personnel is very friendly and helpful. - I stayed in Glitz for the 4th time, I always like it. It's centrally located in Silom, conveniently close to the night market and night life. The staff is very friendly, especially the owner (a young girl) and the breakfast ladies who always seem to recognise me. The rooms are nicely decorated and clean. There is fast Wi-Fi.

Would love to return to Marvin Suites. - We liked the friendliness of the staff and their willingness to help us and answer all our questions. We had a problem with the bathroom plumbing which they fixed right away. The rooms are bright and spacious with lots of storage space. The location was pretty convenient as well and having a shuttle to take us to the nearest BTS stop was definitely a plus.
