  The resort is a little diffrent in a good way. It's bacically partly in the jungle (with monkeys) and partly buy the sea. The bungalows and rooms are big and spacious. Nicely decorated. The breakfast was wonderful and the food was better than average. The resort is very calm and the upper jungle pool we had almost to ourselves, eventhough the reso... wat mensen zeggen » rt was fully booked. - If you are in Koh Chang to relax and just enjoy nature then this is ideal. If you want party beaches then it's definitely not convenient enough going back and forth at night. The architecture is wonderful, and the surroundings are incredibly peaceful.

  The Hotel is situated in the best locality of Koh Chang. Its just opposite to "THE Chill" and close to "Gajapuri",which are the premier most resorts of Koh Chang. The hotel has a proper shapes pool so you can swim lengths and the cabin rooms are dotted around it. There are about 20 of these detached modern cabins and they are lovely inside.   The accomodation is good and comfortable and quiet. Few people around, far from big cities. The sea is 2 steps from hotel territory. Just 5 minutes by boat from BangBao with some restaraunts and shops. Hotel stuff will bring you there and back, just make a phone call. Do not have to pay for leaving immediately, first check-in then can change money... wat mensen zeggen » and then pay. Coffee, hot chocolate and tea are free. The scenery is very good. Besides, hotel is the safe, we never locked the door while swimming i - We went there to stay for 2 days only but we like this place so much as its peaceful place far from noise and at very beautiful location we enjoyed out stay there, Mr. Max he is very friendly and always eager to help us, they have a free service to drop at Bo phut beach which is very beautiful beach and we find this is the best beach for relax, we love this place will definitely visit again.

  The location just across the road from the beach was fine and the beach was pleasant with chairs for rent under a shade tree and shallow clear water far ouy into the sea eg Hich was great for the kids to play in. The pool was nice as well. Room was comfortable and had a big fridge plus minimart downstairs for drinks and snacks. The staff were ver... wat mensen zeggen » y courteous and helpful. They booked an elephant camp for us one morning and the housekeeping and front desk staff were quick to respond to requests- - At first I booked a Seaside room, there are two separate buildings for the Alina. The seaside rooms are older then there newer building which is not ocean side however I like these rooms more. The rooms in the newer building are larger and brighter which I found to be more comfortable. The swimming pool is beautiful and if you are concerned about the night club music just ask for a room on the opposite side of the building and you will sleep just fine.

  We stayed in big a family room that was located on top of a hill. The climb up was a bit hard because we had big heavy bags, but the view was breathtaking.
