  I arrived without reservation and into the early morning hours at the last minute. Although there is always policy, I was accomodated after a short wait when the morning staff arrived. They were very friendly and helpful with understanding of my exhaustion from traveling. They have all the ammentities one would want to utilize while their stay.

  Wonderful hostel...its clean, comfortable & has a swimming pool. Staff were so helpful...the owner Ricky is very friendly & his assistant Moy booked all our trips & made our travel arrangements for us...all at discounted prices. Kata is a much better location than Patong to stay; as its quiter, has a lovely beach; but is a quick journey - staff and owner were very helpful and good people.

  A great hotel/bungalows!! The staff were friendly. The pool was very clean and we had the place to ourselves pretty much as it was low season. The rooms were clean and spacious. . A 10 minute walk to the beach, or a 2 minute moto ride. Motos are up for rent everywhere for a very cheap price. Staff arranged a taxi back to the airport for us. - very friendly, helpful, nice and handsome owner:) the hotel is located not on the seaside but in 10 minutes walking to both kata and karon beach. The hotel has beautiful garden and awesome swimming pool, 100% as on the pictures. During low season room rates are really attratctive. There are a lot of small cafe and restaurants in the neighbourhood. Kwang seafood and Tex-mex are strongly recommended.

  The staffs are super friendly and helpful. My husband lost his Eftpos card so we need to log in to internet banking to transfer all money to mine card. The online transfer needs a special java programm which won't be available on ipads so we went downstairs to use the receptionist's personal laptop - and that was 2am in the morning - this lovely g... wat mensen zeggen » uy also helped us carry the luggage from our room when we left - super friendly and very polite!! The room decoration is awesome, clean, modern, air c - was quite and clean, beds were softer than most we have stayed in before such as sugar palm resort. Close to the safer part of kata beach for swimming/surfing. New restaurants have opened up around the hotel with great food, a bit higher priced but you get what you pay for, this end of kata is really starting to take of. Friendly staff with a few who understand english very well, would stay here again.

  Really enjoyed our stay here. Rooms were spacious and very clean. Beach towels provided and free WIFI. The breakfast buffet catered for all. Trainee receptionist Mai from Had Yai deserves special mention as was always at the desk and a pleasure to met and was very accommodating. - Abdolutey perfect from beginning to end 9 days of bliss.   The location, literally a 2 minute walk from the beach and all the different restaurants in Kata. The wifi signal was great, liked it so much I even extended my stay here - I have stayed here many times before and like the value,location,friendliness of staff and cleanliness.
