Good location. Very easy to tell taxi driver how to get there "take me to Wat Karon" (Wat Karon is a temple/shrine near hotel). Beach in 5 minutes by walk. Nice bar/restaurant at the ground floor (more like european restaurant then other tai restaurants around).
This is a lovely small hotel ran by amazingly nice people.

Wi-Fi signal at 3 floor was really poor. Conditioner remote was broken (replaced by hotel stuff after my request). Balcony door sound isolation rubber was squeezed, after reinstalling it by myself, everything became fine.
Nothing.
wasn't able to check in after 11pm.
