  Everything was excellent. Horizon Club was well worth the little extra as you get so much more for your money . Staff were so friendly. Even the British GM took the time to have a chat with us on a couple of occasions. Minor quirks were attended to instantly. An example was that one day after a heavy day walking around temples and looking forward to a nice rela - The great care that the staff extended to my husband and myself. Nothing was too much trouble for them. As we were elderly it was sometimes a little difficult for us but all the staff were unfailingly kind and did not make us feel that we were nuisances. My highest praise for all of them.

  The check-in was efficient and friendly. The lobby was imposing and what a 5-star hotel should be. The suite was well decorated and spacious and had everything we might have forgotten at home. Food was well prepared - had the breakfast and dinner option. The overall experience was 5-star and the smiles of the Thai added that additional touch. Next time we will spend at least 5 day - hotel location was central, we booked the executive suite which was very nice and had a great view. Staff are very professional and helpful.
