Very nice hotel, excellent breakfast . Everything is fresh and hot , with staff checking the trays for when things run out .Room was large with a separate shower and a bathtub. We enjoyed the lovely setting of Siripanna, the low-rise buildings, mixed with villas, the lush, green gardens, lovely unusual pool. Our room comfortable and spacious. Staff very accommodating but you did have to come up with the questions of what to do, touring wasn't openly offered here. Didn't mind that it was slightly out of town, the beautiful setting more than made up for this and the area was interesting. However free shuttles to the main markets and the night bazaar helped.

The most that I liked from this hotel it was the front desk service. The lady (I forgot her name) was very gentle and friendly. We arrived a little bit tired from Bangkok with no idea of what to do those days at Chang Mai. She sat with us and explained all the offers about tours and potential places to visit, what was it good or not for us, etc. Also she booked for us the tours that we made. She teached us to order the breakfast the night before and it was ready next day at the hour you asked

the best, in terms of amenities and value. The hotel is very charming,
spotless, and romantic. We paid about the same money in Bangkok for much
