  The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the hotel. The hotel is only a five minuite walk from the skytrain and 10 minuite walk from the main shops. Hotel swimming pool is good and plenty of room around the pool for sunbathing. - The staff treats you like a royalty, polite, helpful, accomodating.   Well the hotel is simply breath taking. i love every knock of it. it was simply marvelous. the hotel is within walking distance from the major shopping malls. it has around 9 restaurants if i am not mistaken. the rooms are adequate and the amenities is amazing. the service level matches its brand name. the front desk never stop smiling. it is simp... wat mensen zeggen » ly very warm to be at a hotel like this. - Service, location.

  Very friendly and helpful staff, never a grumpy one as I've seen at most other places. Also seems to have a consistent level of quality. - Great location near the gay area. Nice finishings and interior design. Buffet was amazing. Staff was generally polite and helpful.
