The room facilities were excellent and new, WIFI reception was pretty good if you need access to the Internet. The room was slightly smaller than what we expected, but this was fine. Location of hotel was excellent as it was just behind the railway station. Staff was helpful as he helped us with our booking of train tickets when we encountered problems booking through online. Location was right behind Taichung train station with a connecting underpass.

The hotel has is situated at a very convenient location. It is behind the Taichung Railway station & close bus station. The hotel is new and clean. Hip interior design, breakfast options, proximity to train station. Rooms were small, but well-designed to fit a lot of stuff in. The Hotel Degisn is good. Atmosphere and enviroment are nice. Near train station, 2 minute. Near Bus station, 5-10 minute. The location is a big plus point! Hotel is clean and the staff are friendly and helpful to our enquiries. Great trip!. Room was rather compact and a little small, minimal space for the 3 of us to move at the same time. The location is too tight, although car parking space is provided a few feet away. The breakfast no much choose. Staff performance need improve. The three person room is a japanese style platform room, if you have knee cap problem, this room is not suitable. There is quite a high step leading to toilet and door, no good for the old and young. only 3 sets breakfast for choosing. Although the room is neat but the bed isn't clean. Bed bugs. Bed bucks. Extremely tiny room for four persons. Four beds (tatami) occupied the whole room and we could only spread our luggages at the narrow corridor, which we were unable to walk through... Rate is higher than other online booking agent . Staff was not friendly and not value for money as we paid NT 600 per night more. We found out that we were able to do shopping near the hotel location which the taxi driver was the one who told us and not the staff. The staff was not friendly when we asked for direction for the night market. I would not recommend my friends to book the hotel.
