Really new and contemporary hotel, nice lobby, breakfast is quite good, rooms are well furnished and beds are comfortable.
We tried the pool which was quite nice, with steam room and sauna and views overlooking the airport.
Staff was friendly.
One thing that could definitely be improved is the frequency of the shuttle buses to airport... 30 minut

It's a lovely hotel with lots of facilities. The room is spacious. The fitness centre is large and the swimming pools are good for the whole family as well as individual people on business trip. The hotel offers free shuttle to and from the airport and night market, which made our short stay more memorable. Love this hotel and would highly recommend it.

The staff were excehellent in service, from the front desk to the restaurant staffs. I had an inciddent whereby I dine in the Thai restaurant, one of the dish I ordered did not arrive, I finished my meal and waited but still no food, the staffs continue to appologize and chase after the kitchen. very spacious room, walking distance to a night market and Sogo shopping mall, wide variety of food around the area. very friendly and helpful hotel staff. my younger son broke a glass in the room, when i told the staff at the reception, she asked if he was hurt instead. we were not asked to pay for the glass of course. so touched by the warm and proactive gestures demonstrated by the staff!
