  Excellent hotel from A-Z. As a frequent traveler i don't get overexcited easily, but this hotel really deserves the max points. If you have the chance, take the suite having two balconies with direct view of the Matterhorn - awesome and worth every single buck.   The hotel staff were helpful and made us feel very welcome. Our room was comfortable with a lovely view of the Matterhorn. The breakfast selection was excellent and the bread on offer was the best we've ever tasted. The spa was the perfect place to relax after a day's skiing - tranquil and beautifully clean. From the kindness of the staff at reception to the upgrade from a single room to a beautiful suite with jacuzzi. Location was great as was breakfast.I highly recommend this hotel. I'm a very fussy customer as I travel around the world on a regular basis. This hotel was amazing value for money.

  It was a great hotel, in a location close to the town [5 minutes walk]. It seems like the hotel is newly removated, so very clean, and modern. Much nicer than some other 4* more expensive hotels I have stayed in in Zermatt. Zermatt is a beautiful town with the traditional Swiss wooden houses style and around with mountains.  Love coming back - The hotel is located very close to the train station and it is possible to walk to the hotel, even with luggage. The rooms are spacious enough and nicely decorated with a huge balcony and flat screen tv. Coffee and tea making facilities are included. The private bathrooms have both bath and shower. Breakfast is standard and sufficient and the hotel staff is friendly and professional. The hotel deserves more that its three stars

  It's very conveniently located for the Sunnegga/Rothorn funicular and Gornergrat train. The staff were very kind and helpful to my elderly parents. Excellent buffet breakfast - really very good for this category of hotel. The pine bar area and restaurant are simply and attractively styled.
