  Casa Vanessa is conveniently located near to the ski lift as well as shops/restaurants.We stayed at room 320 on the 3rd floor. The apartment was impeccably clean and cosy. We were able to enjoy nice view of the Matterhorn from the living room and balcony. Loved the views. Located right next to the main Zermatt Gondolas. (Furi/Zermatt Glacier paradise) Loved the full kitchen. Staff even provided additional cooking pan when asked. All the bedrooms were unique and very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

  Everything was just perfect, especially the "non-smoking throughout" policy - there was no smoke smell to put you off. Some other reviewers complained about the stairs one needs to climb to get to the hotel: from the street there is a short incline (not steep), followed by 20 steps to get to the hotel's front door. If this is a problem, one sho... wat mensen zeggen » uld realise that visiting Zermatt would be an even bigger problem because it involves a lot of walking and quite a bit of climbing to get around. - This is a place to spend a vacation you can dream of! We had a spacious room, lovely decorated, with a balcony overlooking Matterhorn. I liked big bathroom with a bathtub. The breakfast was excellent, with variety of cheeses, ham, vegetables, homemade jams, etc (again, served in a lovely decorated room). A short (about 10 min) walk to the railway station. The owner is very friendly and helpful. I would never search for a different hotel if I decide to visit Zermatt again.

  Everything! We loved our stay at Hotel Silvana and wish we would have stayed longer. The views from our balcony were absolutely breathtaking and the hotel staff and food was wonderful. - Beautiful location, conveniant for walking & skiing. Very friendly and accommodating owners/staff. Nice dining resteraunt and bright seperate breakfast room.

  Everything was fantastic at Patricia, The staff at Alpen Resort (where you check in) were more than pleasant and helpful. Views of the Matterhorn, small kitchen and also living area w/fold out sofa, flat screen, comfortable queen bed w/ warm blankets, blow dryer:). We saved lots of money by utilizing the kitchen for dinners and packing lunches for long days - It was a 7-8mins walk from main station, we stayed in apt 105(apt with matterhorn view) and paid chf 250 for 2 nights, keys were to be picked up from Best Western Alpine Resort Hotel which was on the way to apartment, the apartment was very spacious, nice clean and huge hall with open kitchen provided with all cutlery and cleaning equipments, included microwave and tea coffee maker. Balcony was spacious and so was bathroom, bedroom was decently sized with 2 single beds, overall for a budget sta
