  Zermatt was the first place we visited in Switzerland and it was the best experience we had in Swiss. The hotel is 10 mins walk from the station and we were very tired as we were travelled to Zermatt from Paris and also we had lot of luggage to carry from Station to hotel. They gave good information about where to hike, when to take a - 1. When we asked for suggestions about hiking plan as we arrived, the counter(maybe the hostess) gave us very useful information, to adjust our schedule, and let us have very excellent experience in Zermatt. 2. I really love their restaurant! When I get up, with a very nice breakfast in a cozy and clean place, made me a great start of every day when I stayed there (My room is also clean and cozy J). 3.   zeer attent vriendelijk personeel. hoewel gedateerd hotel toch erg schoon - Ontvangst was vriendelijk, onze gereserveerde kamer was door de vorige gasten in een dermate vuile staat achtergelaten dat men ons er NIET in kon plaatsen !We kregen een kamer in de nok van het hotem maar.... met uitzicht op de Matterhorn ! ruim (was voor 4 personen )

  The reception is very friendly and helpful . He show is the way to hike and tell us everything that we should know. Breakfast is good. There is a whirlpool, steam and sauna available from 4-8pm. - clean and comfortable though in basment. Close to main street and convenient to everything. Friendly staff and warm lobby.
