All members of the family obviously love what they do, and genuinely care about making your stay in Saas-Fee a memorable experience. The family are friendly, kind, and made us feel at home.   The Dom Hotel has been beautifully refurbished. Rooms are well designed, luxurious and comfortable. The use of an ipad to control all lighting and audio was a lovely touch. Breakfast is of an excellent standard with more than enough to choose from, both hot and cold. Staff were friendly and warm, with the welcome drink a nice touch. Being driven t... wat mensen zeggen » o and from the cable car each day was a real bonus! The bar downstairs is a great space to drink and feel relaxed. We will be back next year! - This is one of the greatest hotels in the Alps! The staff is super friendly and treats you like a VIP. The room has a stunnig design with domotica lights and sound. (really cool!) The breakfast is really good and so is the lovely romantic restaurant. (tip: order half board!) They must have one of the nicest terraces in the village and the bar on the groundfloor with a cool open fire table is the best place to close the day with your friends. Really looking forward to come back here!
