  The location and food quality - Great location, very central and near the station ,shops and restaurants. Rooms were of average comfort and cleanliness. Shared bathroom was very clean. Buffet breakfast was very good and served until 10am. The hotel restaurant served excellent menu at very reasonable prices.

  Everything!!!! We were treated like family from beginning to end, this was such a delightful stay. The rooms were beautiful and while the WCs and bathing facilities were on the hall, with only four rooms per floor, it simply felt like you were staying I someone's home. Highly recommend paying the extra for the lakeside view. We were treated as family from start to finish. The rooms were spacious and bright with unbelievable views of the city, lake and mountains. Having shared bathrooms and WC weren't a problem at all as there are only four rooms per floor; it just feels like you are in someone's home. Breakfast was ample, fresh, and delicious.
