  This family run B&B is an amazing place to stay at right in the heart of Basel. It located just a few minutes with the tram to the center and the main train station, also perfectly doable distance for walking to the main tourist attractions. Great breakfast in the kitchen which gives to your stay a family atmosphere! I absolutely enjoyed it. I recommend this place t - I liked the house, and the way it is kept clean and tidy. All the necessary little things like hair-drier, iron, interchangeable plug, coffee, and toaster were there. Tram line 6 stop is just in a minute walking. You can here trams passing by till 2 am, but it didn't stop me from sleeping, Actually, it was very convenient for me, since tram 6 goes directly to the Congress center at Messeplatz.

  Everything !. I forgot some clothes which I thought I'll never see again. I called the Basel from Zermatt and they told me that they were . I asked them to send them on and to charge me. On arrival in st.moritz I found my clothes(shipped overnight express,) with a warm note and at no charge ! The Basel delivered over and above. If we ever return to - Good location; stayed for 2 nights to visit Christmas Market. Staff were friendly and helpful. Close to key markets, museums, and room came with public transport pass. We had two good meals at the restaurant and found the breakfast typical of a good European hotel. I don't know where the others ate. Excellent coffee served with warm milk.

  A modern design hotel in downtown Basel, excellent location close to the tram, shops, restaurant and main sights. Hotel staff was friendly and the room itself beautifully designed. The bed was ultra comfortable, even pillows way better than in most hotels. The breakfast area itself is somewhat small but very cosy. Wi-Fi worked super well, i - The hotel is very conveniently located in the hart of town and just off the banks of the Rhine river. Being a regular guest in Basel for business, it is definitely a hotel which I will be adding to my top list of possible hotels to stay at as it certainly offers value for money.

  The location was excellent: quiet, but close to the City. And the free tram card made travel everywhere easy. Basel's tram system is excellent. Tram stops in each direction (3 lines I think) just a short walk away. The little patio was cute, but the weather wasn't such that I could use it. Internet worked perfectly. Bed was comfortable. There was ... wat mensen zeggen » a deLonghi coffee machine, which made delicious cappuccino. The owner was gracious. In short, everything was perfect! - The welcome was nice, it was warm. The location was so close to the centre and it was quiet. When you compare the prices for Switzerland the value for money was excellent. The facilities in the apartment were excellent.
