My luggage key was lost and I went to inform the reception on 16 Dec 2010.
She readily came up with me,tried with her keys and tried to open the padlock. As it could not be done,she got another guy, who actually cut my padlock and it was done in less than 15 minutes. Kudos to both the service providers. I am sorry I got their names but misplace

Location was good just a 5 minute walk from the main station. clean value for money, along the river side very near to the main town and market area, though we missed a kettle for tea coffe in the room Rosli didi not have a lift but we shifter to their adjacent hotel Baslertor which ahad a lift and a swimming pool and Jacuzzi. The staff was nice and easily shifter our rooms.

The single en-suite room is simple but convenient: a very comfortable bed, desk, a lovely, relaxing view to the garden. The surrounding neighborhood is very quiet.
The room was very clean, and the lightning in the bathroom was strong and convenient.

Small room with only essentials, but the price is great for Lucerne.
Ten minute walk to the main train station and most of the city. Beautiful view of the city as well.
Great for a place to crash when you will spend most of your time in the city anyway!

Dit gezellige, rustige hotel ligt op slechts 5 minuten rijden van Luzern en op 2 minuten wandelen van het meer Rotsee, dat wereldberoemd is vanwege de roeiwedstrijden.

Voor Zwitserland bijzonder vriendelijke en gastvrije eigenaars en bediening. Heel aangename en ontspannen atmosfeer in het hotel. Zowel dicht bij het centrum van Luzern als ook héél dicht bij een meertje (Rotsee) met bad gelegenheid (gratis voor hotelgasten). Goed bereikbaar vanaf de snelweg. Kindvriendelijk! Gratis en goed werkend internet (WLAN).
... wat mensen zeggen » Goed restaurant met voor elk wat wils. - Ontbijt is (zoals velen al schreven) erg goed. Variend met zalm, makreeltot aan de basis jam en chocopasta. Ook het eten zelf (diner) is erggoed. Heb er 2x 'savonds gegeten en een grillspies genomen. Erg leuk omte doen, probeer het maar... Weer eens wat anders.
