  We really enjoyed staying this hotel. Firstly we feel very warm welcome. Especially owner ( ? Sorry not sure ) is very nice. We really feel her hospitality. We just would like to stay this hotel again to meet her ! Room is very tidy and clean and comfortable. We highly recommend this hotel for all you haute route walkers. ps taking the bus the next morning to col La Forclaz was a great help for the next very long day hike up to Cab Moiry.

I had booked a room without an ensuite bathroom but was upgraded for free when I arrived after as - This is a lovely old hotel, with a lot of charm, and a beautiful location. There is an exhibit on the history of the hotel, dating back to the 1860's, which is very interesting and put our stay in context. The staff was very welcoming, and spoke English well.

  The appartment was very clean and the accomodation was excellent (dishwasher, baking oven, satellite tv, etc.). There was also much space. Very convenient for our dog. The view from the balcony was superb. And the staff was very friendly. From Arolla you can start many walks. From beginner to advanced. Off course you can find what you need also in the small supermarket in Aroll
