Besides all the important points that the room was super clean, spacious, and comfortable; breakfast ample and delicious; facilities was good; location was very convenient, the most impressive part was the helpfulness of the staff (or the owner?). Break-fast was OK [included in room rent] & she takes personal attention to every one during breakfast.   Very good hotel, right besides the river and close to the station. The Indian breakfast included is also very good and the food is authentic Indian food. Above all, the owner Rupinder Singh, talked and asked for the feedback personally and extremely friendly and was genuinely interested in improving the quality of their service. The treatment of teh guest is lovely....staff extrmly friendly...if you carve for Indian food evn when you are out of India ...this place is teh best. Overall it can be a great place to stay as it is just next to river and very close to the interlaken ost station...and if you are a bollywood buff...then close to th echurch were Kajol visited:))...enjoy your stay there.

  Where do I start. The fabulous service began even before we arrived when I recieved detailed instructions on how to get there. Chris and Ursula are the most generous hosts. I watched as they both provided personal service to each of their clientele. It is obvious that they are seasoned travelers as no stone was left unturned. Additionally Ursula took the time to offer suggestions - Everything. Location was prfect, only 10 minutes from interlaken train station on feet. Staff us so friendly, its a family business do the environment is so friendly and good. You will be given a free tickets to mostbof the public spas and mini gulfs and swimming pools beside the train tht can take you anywhere around the town and that covers all the period you'll spend with them. Very clean, free wi/fi. They will suggest to you where to go and help you to plan your trip with a big smile beside
