  We four adults occupied the ground floor of this pretty Chalet. The views were stunning and the flat was everything we could have hoped for. We noted the rave reviews of those lucky enough to have enjoyed the ambiance of the place and without exception we heartily endorse all the many positive compliments.   An idyllic setting. Fantastic views of the Eiger and other surrounding peaks. The accommodation and facilities were excellent. Very close to all the great walks. Sonja made us feel very welcome. - Very friendly hosts, great location next to ski piste, ideal for wintersports. Clean and comfortable. Renovated and spacious chalet with large balcony.

  This is a lovely, family run hotel, typical of ski, hiking accommodation in this area. The Cabana is a not a large hotel and has a quiet atmosphere.The staff were very helpful and friendly, the South facing rooms have fabulous views of the Eiger and are clean, comfortable, with a spacious balcony. Staff were helpful and able to provide an iron/ironing board when requested.Ample parking. Within walking distance of town. Overall the best accommodation within our 6 week holiday.

  We stayed for two nights and felt our stay to be one of the best during our 8 days trip to Switzerland. An excellent and well managed family run hotel, which maintains the best standards they can. Very ethical and friendly in dealing with guests. Extremely helpful and courteous. Good location (less than 100 mtrs from the train station and city cen... wat mensen zeggen » tre). Would definitely check-in again whenever we get a chance to be in Grindelwald. - Friendly staff who loaned my wife a pair of gloves when we went up the Jungfrau railway and who made us feel really welcome. Free parking round the back of the hotel. Don't park in the spaces with meters at the bottom of the sloped drive but go up the slope, drop off baggage at the front door and then continue round to the parking spaces at the back.
