  This hotel felt like a hidden gem and in fact, I believe is one of the most tranquil parts of the lake being in its own small bay on Lake Luzerne.   This wonderful place was one of the high points of our trip. It has a wonderful view of Lake Lucerne and the mountains. It was a place for quiet relaxation and enjoyment of nature, which was what we were looking for, after five days on the road for a business trip.   Jaqueline at reception was very very friendly and helpful. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast had a good selection of items. Hotel seems new and very clean.
