  The staff were really friendly and very helpful, the room was a great size with very good facilities. Tunnels connect all hotel buildings which is great in winter! The Spa is very relaxing. The restaurants provide an excellent choice of food at different budgets. Simply excellent

  We loved the beautiful wooden style of the hotel and rooms along with the family owned feeling. The food in the restaurant La Clav was delicious and the breakfast buffet was very generous. The spa and swimming pools were very nice and relaxing. Free Wifi throughout the hotel. some nice retro arcade games/pinball machines in the games room. - The ... wat mensen zeggen » staff was extremely friendly and trying to accomodate all needs in a timely manner. The pool and jacuzzi facilities were very nice and the garden very relaxing. The room was well equipped.

  The room looked new and was nicely decorated. We had a little terrace to enjoy the evening sun, and the breakfast was very good. The location is convenient, right above the bus stop "Promenada" and there are several good restaurants in walking distance.   Hotel des Alpes is a very good vfm, comfy, relaxed, friendly, welcoming, family-fun hotel - a good 3* hotel. We paid c.£80 for one night in a double bedroom, single occupancy in each, with a big, good, all you can eat brekky: cereals, breads, yoghurts, meats and cheese. Hotel has a car-park for c.30 cars underground. It cost us c.£15 for one night... wat mensen zeggen » . Location is good: it is in Flims Waldhaus. About 10 minutes on free ski bus to the main lifts at bottom of pistes in Flims and Laax. 2 minutes' walk - Very nice personell,good breakfast and internet.Ski bus just around the corner ,takes ca.3 mins to the gondola station.Have not used in house restaurant but it looks very inviting.Wellness facilities proper for 3 stars,warm water in the pool.
