  Very comfortable beds, clean room, ample sized bathroom. We had a smaller room near the stairs which was convenient but I heard everything. Staff was kind and spoke English and we were treated with respect. Free parking right next to the hotel. Their restaurant was phenomenal and our waiter/maitre de - Coco- was generous with his time and his ... wat mensen zeggen » recommendations were perfect. Would definitely go back - Central location, quiet, clean room and bed. The staff were excellent and helped me book train travel. The breakfast was excellent with a variety of choices. The restaurant downstairs offered everything swiss. I could recommend this hotel for solo or couples

  The staff make the comfort of the guest their priority and you feel as if you are at home. I appreciate all staff for their friendly spirit and I acknowledge in particular "Sylvia" who took all the effort to make our stay interesting, and she always smile. - Lovely modern rooms, staff were very helpful and accommodating. Centrally located in Cra... wat mensen zeggen » ns. All round an excellent place to stay. I'd highly recommend having dinner at Chez Chico for what might well be the best steak in Switzerland!

  The view from the room was gorgeous - with snow capped mountains and a lake in front. The room is very clean. Staff was helpful. - I loved everything. I would go back every year.
