  I was so impressed by every single services in this hotel. Even though I often stay in five-star hotels in Scandinavia, there are not worth pay for the price compare to this hotel. They upgraded my room without asking, and amazing thing was having very friendly and helpful staff with high professional attitude. You cannot expect this kind of inter... wat mensen zeggen » national class service in any other 5-star hotels in Scandinavia. Nothing made me down! Everything was perfect for my stay! The price is rather high - The hotel's location is perfect in the middle of everything with a fantastic view on the Royal Palace. The staff is very friendly - beyond even what one would expect in a hotel of that class. Tip: Instead of the buffet breakfast (and if you don't have the breakfast included in your package) eat a la carte in the bar with the view on the Palace - breath-taking!

  Gezellig hotel met een bar dat toevallig tot een van de populairste behoort van Stockholm waardoor het gezellig druk is in de bar. Zeer goede locatie . Personeel receptie zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk, personeel bar klungelig en had veel tijd nodig. - Ligging gunstig.
