The staff is very experienced and friendly; I had to postpone my arrival up to 14 hours and didn't have the chance to send an email to warn the staff; when I arrived I found a note with my keys and bed linen and towel waiting f... wat mensen zeggen » or me... Excellent treatment! :) - Private twin room was spacious and clean. The bathroom facilities are modern and spotless. The location cannot be beaten in Charming Gamla Stan.   Fantastic location! Next door to Royal Palace, plus Gamla Stan is sightseeing object itself, so you can easily kill a day or half-a-day just wandering there. It is a budget accommodation of course, but it perfectly satisfies your basic needs - rooms are clean and comfortable, showers are decent, well equipped kitchens and nice light breakfast. Guests of all types make a really fun mixture, hostel is busy but not too noisy. - The atmosphere was really calm and friendly, informal yet absolutely non-intruding, creating instant "at-home" feeling. I had a single room with an openable window facing a narrow old town street and one of the walls revealing historic building bricks. Cozy and simple.   Residence Perseus was clean, airy, well appointed and absolutely central to the Gamla Stan area of Stockholm, yet away from the tourist frenzy of tours and souvenir shops. It looked onto a small park which gave a sense of spaciousness.   I liked the perfect location in the heart of Stockholm. Because some areas are shared a connection, even if brief happens easily, with other guests which is quite nice. Generosity: free coffee, tea and pasta (you cook it yourself). Computer for Internet and cityguidance. You have a fully equipped kitchen you can use. Nobel Museum and Storakyrkan are both across the street. I spent my first four nights in Stockholm in Sodermalm, paying more for a bed in a four-bed room than I did for a bed in a nine-bed room in Gamla Stan.

  Location was the main attraction for me towards this hostel. Located right in Old Town, you're right in the center of Stockholm. In addition, this is not a traditional hostel. I guess I'd call it sort of a hotel/hostel hybrid. It's a neat place to stay, and in my opinion wort - This place felt so much like home from the very first moment I arrive with my sister. It was very clean and for the money you spend you do not expect that. Location is great. I did not need to take any means of transport since many attractions(Royal Palace, Diugarden, Fotografiska museum) are in walking distance of maximum 30'.
