Wij hebben een ruime kamer geboekt omdat we in een aantal beoordelingen van andere reizigers hadden gelezen dat de standaard kamer nogal krap was.   I truly enjoyed my stay at the Scandic Grand Central Hotel. Great location, very clean room and bathroom, very friendly and helpful staff and good breakfast. Staff were very understanding and accommodating as they met my request of having a room on the first floor as I don't take elevators. Fast Wi-Fi connection with very easy access.   The location is off the hook. Just behind Sergerls Torg. The organic breakfest was good and big, there was also something to eat for people who can't eat normal bread/milk (lactose-free, glutein free) and that was excellent. The bath was great! - The location, only 5-10minutes walk to the royral palace, and to hop on, hop off boat, walking distance to the old town, quiet area, nice staff, room space (double) is quite big, compared with other hotel. if you just want to go to the Skansen park, Vasa, old town, city hall and royral palace, then you don't need to buy the ticket for train, just hop on hop off boat is enough!

  Very helpful staff, lovely courtyard for breakfast and the evening (very nice) buffet. Very handy location on main shopping street but also no trouble with noise. Bed comfy. Provided with a fan (quite hot out). Overall- decent food, nice place and good value. Nothing to complain really. I arrived in the evening and it was very good to have free dinner. Close to the subway and central station and Arlanda Express - very convenient.
