Location, setting. Traditional style of complex. Grounds are great for children/nice place to relax in evening. Run by a jolly .nice fella - hospitality second-to-none. Breakfast lovely. Bikes available to cycle to nearby beaches + woods. Decor - would benefit from being repainted plain white throughout. Fixtures + fittings out-dated. Furniture/beds should be replaced. Facilities (kitchen, lounge) not available to visitors.
