  Although they are doing heavy construction on the place, they managed to provide us with a very comfortable stay. The rooms are so clean and well-decorated. The location is very convenient. If you want to go surfing, it is only a twenty minute tuk tuk ride. If you want to enjoy Galle, it is only a ten minute tuk tuk ride. Very good location, awes... wat mensen zeggen » ome and friendly staff. Food is great too! - I loved the room and bathroom space and décor. But the room I was in, which was superior is going to be upgraded to luxury I was told at the reception. Sad. - we had an excellent stay. They upgraded our room for a deluxe room when we told them we were newly wedded. Staff is welcoming. Room with jacuzzi is perfect.

  We booked an Aqua Romance room which has its own plunge pool, it was a great choice. The hotel is small, but for us, that was a real positive and all rooms have sea views over to Galle Fort. The location was a short tuk-tuk ride out of Unawatuna and Galle, close enough to visit the beaches and other restaurants, but far enough away to be quiet and... wat mensen zeggen » relaxing. The beach, although not as deep and blue as Unawatuna, it is shallower, good for children. In the morning you can wade across the river mou - Excellent friendly staff with impeccable service. The manager, Reny was always on hand to answer questions and organise anything we needed. The Aqua Romance rooms are worth the small extra for a large terrace, jacuzzi and private pool. We booked with breakfast only but decided to change to include evening meals as the food and service was so good. The prices in the restaurant are very reasonable considering the standard of the food. The beach here is perfect and quiet - much nicer than Unawatun

  The location with stunning views. The staff were very helpful and happy at all times. Made me feel very comfortable and safe. I stayed there for a week with my two grown up daughters. The hotel is situated and the end of a pretty village. Close to the stunning beaches. All amenities within walking distance. I loved it. I would stay there again, and so would my girls - We visited the hotel between the 16th-19th December 2013. The staff were very friendly and always willing to help. We had Sri Lankan Breakfast every morning which was excellent. Some of us had English breakfast and that was really good too. Rest of the food like snacks and dinner was excellent.The rooms were very comfortable. The pool was nice and had a mini man made beach. Child friendly. Cannot fault this hotel.

  We stayed from 5 days, Oct 16-21. Food is really really good & prices are good! If you compare with other places in Unawatuna. We ate mostly in the hotel after trying some other places recommended by some books that were not big thing.... The location is good and is one of the few hotels with swimming pool. The walk to the beach is not 2 to ... wat mensen zeggen » 5 min as said by other travellers, is around 10min, is not a big distance but just be careful as people drive crazy, there are cute small shops where - The staff were great, very friendly and very helpful. The Sri Lankan breakfast was yum, and the Sri Lankan dinner was divine (both need to be requested in advance but well worth it!) Lovely landscaped gardens and greenery. A short stroll or tuk tuk ride to the beach, with plenty of stalls, bars, cafes and restaurants on the way.
