  Perfect location, city centre, but in a quiet street. Spotlessly clean, comfortable, tastefully furnished and equipped with all the necessary amenities, dishes, cutlery,high speed wifi... Almost all the sightseeings can be reached within 15-20 minutes walk. The beach can be reached in 20-25 minutes by bus. It goes from the next street to the apartment every 10 minutes or even less.   We liked the friendly welcome from Nacho who is incredibly helpful and kind. We loved the supreme comfortable beds and pillows and how well equipped the apartment is. The decor was perfect for our taste in fact our favourite colours. The level of security is first class and the local shop 2 mins walk is an added welcome bonus as is the restaurant Barbera.   I booked this for the motogp weekend, it was possibly my best holiday ever! The appartment is very new very clean very comfortable and very good. If you are a 50 year old biker you do get the odd wtf look from spotty students but no surprise, cos you are in the university accomodation. secure parking was available for paltry amounts plus I had a ... wat mensen zeggen » balcony. Nice place nice people, if you are nice go! - Staff was very helpful offering maps and list of the best sites to visit during Las Fallas Festival. The location was ideal it gave me the chance to find a flat near by which is pretty central and close to buses and metros.   Spacious and very clean apartment which located in a quiet street. It is new, nicely furnished and only 3 minutes walk from the most important sites.The kitchen is very good equipped by all necessary things, refrigerator, stove, tea pot, knives, spoons, forks, plates, washing machine and so on. So my advice Valencia is an axing city and staying at these apartments made it an even better stay ; so try to stay there former than one night before u regret it !

  Apartments very clean , modern comfortable and well equipped. location is excellent just 5 minutes walk from all tourist sights , the fresh food market is on the door step, shops and restaurants (Lots of Tapas bars very good prices ) all minutes away. The staff were very helpful and came straight away to sort out the large window which would not close. Left our luggag - The apartment was clean, new but very basic. There is one bath with bidet, small kitchen ( no oven - decently equipped ) , dining table, sofa bed, one bedroom and balcony. There is soap in the bathroom with two extra rolls of toilet paper. A new iron and board never been used. They give you two bath towels and two small towels. Also there is an extra blanket and pillow. The pillows are so long, first time I have seen one of those. There are lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance.

  Staff were very helpful and friendly. Apartment itself was well furnished, extremely clean and comfortable. Our apartment was only a few minutes walk from the Àngel Guimerà metro station - and the metro makes it extremely easy to get around (would recommend it over the bus). They gave us information about what to see in the city and where to eat. The apartment was very cleaned, with towels for everybody. Very good location that allows us to visit Valencia on foot.
