You can also travel to the mountain nearby (but somehow you need to pay 2 eur to get to the territory - private territory, we decided to refuse)

The owner was superlative in every way, trained in hospitality with a
wealth of experience and knowledge about how to run a hotel business. He
is smart, resourceful, really cared about his guests, and speaks English
beautifully. The rooms were each beautifully and individually decorated
with taste, a mini fridge, some with balconies, situated in the old and

They sorted out my diet, helped us to book train tickets on line, helped to sort out the aftermath of a minor accident, were always very friendly...in short wonderful. EVERYTHING!!!!! The location was perfect. We had the most beautiful walk across the bridge into old town everyday. The staff did EVERYTHING possible to make sure we were happy and comfortable. The rooms were nice and big and cozy. Coffee from the machine in the lounge was great and convenient. The value was outstanding. We will stay here when in San Sebastian:)))))
