  Staff were very accomodating. As it was near the end of the season our room was ready when we arrived at 10am and we were also allowed to remain until early evening on our departure. Rooms were clean and cooking facilities were good. Whilst the bed was a little uncomfortable, as our stay was was only for a few days it was not too much of a probl... wat mensen zeggen » em. Good value for money. - Staff were very lovely. Could not do enough for you. Hotel is basic and has perhaps seen better days but comfortable and very clean. Cleaners did not come in every day but that is no problem. Would definitely go again. It is very reasonably priced accommodation on the door step of the very expensive port!!!

  The apartment we stayed (223) in slept 6 people although there were only 3 of us. Myself and my partner had a really nice, clean en suite double room within the apartment with doors leading onto a huge balcony. The room was perfect for us with big double wardrobes (with extra bedding and pillows inside), huge mirrors, I pod dock next to the bed an... wat mensen zeggen » d an electric safe box (although there was a 2 Euro per day charge for the safe). The en suite had a hairdryer, complementary toiletries, plenty of to - We loved our stay here. While the hotel is located beside an undeveloped swamp, this was mostly hidden! Our balcony view was lovely, we were very comfortable in the 2 bedroom apartment. The apartment was extremely well equipped, important for a self catering holiday. A dishwasher and washing machine were provided and washing tablets for both appliances! This was a first and incredibly helpful. Had I known I could have cut down even more on the packing!   Best location possible for magaluf. Only steps from bcm nightclub, the beach and every fast food joint known. Huge pool inside with djs that play all day. We just missed the bands and international djs but that looks insane when it starts. Also allowed to bring in alcohol from outside. Would deffs come back again. We stayed in apartment number 2 which was a 1 bedroom apartment on the ground floor (broadly representative of all the apartments - more on this later). There’s a kitchenette (room for one person) and bathroom, and an L shaped - It is ideally located for the beach. The apartment was very clean and the furniture comfortable with everything you would need for a self catering stay. The staff are especially helpful and friendly.

  This is a 3 star hotel with a 5 star setting. Yes the rooms are basic and in need of a refurb but that is reflected in the bargain price and with views like this you won't be spending much time in doors. If you like a hot drink in your room though you will need to bring your own kettle. As a family with young children most of our time is spent on ... wat mensen zeggen » the beach or by the pool. The beach whilst small is quaint and the bathing area safe for young children. You don't have to swim out far to see lots of - I was impressed by the organisation of the team of cleaners who were friendly & worked hard cleaning just about everything from sand on beach to showers & chairs & railings & fences as well as rooms & obvious areas. The staff on the reception were always friendly & helpful. But most of all the Team of young entertainers . Dave & his team were amazing - always friendly to parents but fantastic with the children . They were never too busy for anyone "kids or adults" .
