  The family were absolutely charming and very helpful - as were all the staff . Location spectacular and peaceful - we had wonderful views of the mountains over the orange trees and couldn't see any of the surrounding houses . We had a very comfortable isolated room and bathroom a short walk from the main house, which suited us . Didn't regret not... wat mensen zeggen » hiring a car, with the hair-raising mountain roads, but it was about 20 minutes walk to the main bus stop, though only half that to the centre of the - Tranquil setting in orange grove, run by Raphael, Lourdes and their staff who love their home, farm and what they do - nothing was too much trouble - beautiful unspoilt natural environment, breakfast in the garden was prepared fresh with natural locally produced ingredients and delicious marmalade made from the oranges. All the facilities were good quality, no intrusive service but nothing lacking - perfect place to relax

  very friendly staff, rooms are spacious with nice interiors - simple, but elegant, great beds, super nice lounge areas in the hotel (red and golden salon for afternoon tea of pre-dinner drinks) spa area is very small - just one room with sauna, steamroom and jaccuzi- but can be booked exclusively, which is great, treatments (facial / massage) were... wat mensen zeggen » also very nice (organic local products), water in the mini-bar was complimentary, great location in the middle of the city: fantastic restaurants and - This is a small but beautiful hotel in a quiet street in the centre of the town. We did not need a car at all as it is a ten minute taxi ride from the airport and you can see all the town has to offer by foot. The staff are amazingly friendly and cannot do enough to make sure your stay is a perfect one. They are going to open another one nearer the harbour and we are definitely going to try that one if the Can Cera is anything to go by.

  Friendly helpful staff, very cheery welcome each time we entered the hotel. Beautiful minimal style room decor, very clean Gym facilities are perfect and we were the only two using the small gym each evening, with a smart tv to listen to the radio while we did! The high points for us were the staff and high attention to detail in relation to design of the rooms and public spaces....we love t - Absolutely fabulous hotel. It was recently renovated, so everything is still new and shiny. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. The rooms (with small kitchens) are very well equipped. There was even a dishwashing machine in my room which I have never seen in any other hotel. My room also had electric window blinds, large flat screen TV with surround sound bar and a subwoofer. The hotel has premium feel with clear Nordic/Swedish design style. Perfect location in central Palma.
