  The hotel is located in a large, nice, green park with many trees. Quiet rooms with basic, but practical furniture. Nice, friendly staff, good food. 6 well maintained clay tennis courts, available for all day. - The staff were so attentive, rooms were immaculate. The resort had everything you needed. Great for young families! Food was superb!

  The apartment we stayed (223) in slept 6 people although there were only 3 of us. Myself and my partner had a really nice, clean en suite double room within the apartment with doors leading onto a huge balcony. The room was perfect for us with big double wardrobes (with extra bedding and pillows inside), huge mirrors, I pod dock next to the bed an... wat mensen zeggen » d an electric safe box (although there was a 2 Euro per day charge for the safe). The en suite had a hairdryer, complementary toiletries, plenty of to - We loved our stay here. While the hotel is located beside an undeveloped swamp, this was mostly hidden! Our balcony view was lovely, we were very comfortable in the 2 bedroom apartment. The apartment was extremely well equipped, important for a self catering holiday. A dishwasher and washing machine were provided and washing tablets for both appliances! This was a first and incredibly helpful. Had I known I could have cut down even more on the packing!   Everything was just perfect!! We had a lovely stay!! We´ve been to many hotels but this one was deffinetly the best!!!!! The room, the spa, the food, it was all lovely and it was sooo nice they came with a big bottle of champagne and a lovely birthday cake for my fiancees birthday!! that was a big surprise! - Very nice hotel. The only negative thing I found about the hotel is that not all staff spoke Spanish, and as a Spanish customer and staying in Palma de Mallorca (Spain) the minimum I expect is all members of staff to speak the language!

  The hotel was great value, the pool area was very well laid out. The choice of buffet or A La Carte was good and the food in the restaurant at the pool area was very good. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Overall the hotel was pleasant. We would go back but would request a floor above the third level. - Everything. Though not dinner buffet fans, the spread was so broad, tasty and moderately priced we had it 3 times. The whole facility is beautiful, and there's free nightly entertainment too.

  This is a very comfortable hotel with (for the most part) friendlystaff. We particularly liked the Terrace Restaurant and the poolatmosphere was relaxed and child friendly (without allowing thechildren to take over). Well managed establishment. We enjoyed our stayvery much.

  Het hotel, faciliteiten, appartementen, restaurant was zeer goed onderhouden en erg schoon. Het eten was uitmuntend. Voor iedereen was er wel iets leuks qua entertainment. Jammer dat we maar een week geboekt hadden, hier houd je het gemakkelijk 14 dagen uit. - The hotel was excellent.Everything you could want with very freindly staff.

  Ideaal gelegen vlak achter boulevard, vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. - Nothing - see below... - The pool was really nice. It had plenty of shade for those hot days. We had a room with a balcony over the pool which was lovely. The hotel bar was good and quite cheap.
