  the apartment we had was very spacious and comfortable, room layout felt amazing and quality of facilities on a very high level, including toaster and orange squeezer, nice new kettle. the hotel itself is extremely huge and it has thousands of small pools if you need some privacy and few large ones with entertainment for kids and adults. probably... wat mensen zeggen » would come again. - We loved being able to see the mountains from the balcony, and the lovely layout of the resort. It was great for us as a family as there was plenty to see and do. The food was varied and to a high standard and we would love to come back and stay here again. The pool bartender (i think it was Josef) was very friendly and always made us welcome.

  Ideal location -- away from tourist cohorts, very near beautiful beach in national reserve, on pedestrian path making you forget cars, beautiful view on islands, very quiet. Relatively small-sized hotel (max 3 floors per building), family athmosphere. Beautiful (heated) pool. Friendly personnel. Reasonably good food, selection renewed every day. Totally agree with your policy of "No towels on sunbeds" - wish other hotels would do the same! Pleasant hotel and we enjoyed our stay.

  I liked very much the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, in particular the male manager (can't remember his name) and Nicola who helped me when I need to find medical help at short notice. Free buffet breakfast each morning was excellent. Short walk to nearby restaurants and shops in beach town. Beautiful and small beach perfect for young children. Japanese restaurant in the hotel was excellent, though pricey.

On New Years eve they worked until early in the morning and was dancing with everyone, they are all very hyper and like and dance like Veronica ( good thing ) she was great and all the children loved her and wouldn't leave her al... wat mensen zeggen » one! Top animated for me and my children. - The staff were fantastic. Never met such a friendly bunch. They would all go out of their way to help. Entertainment for the kids from mini club through to evening events was perfect for my 3 and 6 year old boys. Rooms have been recently refurbished and were of an extremely high standard and spotlessly clean. We had a sea view which I would throughly recommend.

Food is varied and usually something can be found that appeals. Facilities within the hotel are generally excellent. Cleanliness and hygiene are taken very seriously, with staff constantly monitoring areas and addressing issues as appropriate.

Food was of top quality. Entertainment was provided every night but was not to our taste but we did appreciate its provision. Pocillos Beach is on the doorstep but it's too windy for sunbathing...however lots of other beaches nearby
