  The bungalows were spacious, clean and in a quiet setting a few hundred metres back from the main promenade of Puerto del Carmen. Self catering kitchenette was adequately equipped. I think we were a little spoilt with an upstairs unit giving us a sea view and a private patio, on which to sunbathe, looking out over bougainvillea trees.I Think the d... wat mensen zeggen » ownstairs units may not have been as spacious.   Het appartement was heel proper, groot genoeg en comfortabel. We hadden een rustige kamer gevraagd en er ook effectief een gekregen. De inrichting van de complex rond het zwembad, is heel verzorgd en rustwekkend en de tuin is zeer goed onderhouden. Een van de zwembaden is verwarmd, geen overbodige luxe eind januari !   Having stayed before,i was familiar with the barcarola,but was surprised there was no air conditioning and pool was very cold.i asked at reception about the pool but told it was due to the wind that it was cold.the first week it was too cold to use pool. perhaps when weather is breezy and cool it may be the time to heat it to a comfortable level. ... wat mensen zeggen » the pool was not used at any level the first week until late in the day.I - who love the pool only used it twice in the first week and three in second - The location was excellent, we could not have had better. The grounds of the complex and pool area was very well kept and a nice environment to be in. The apartment was very comfortable, very clean with an excellent view of the sea. Overall the perfect place to stay.

  It seemed recently refurb'D. Unlike other apartments we stayed in around this price this has far more comfort. Our beds were new mattresses and lovely and comfy with a light wee duvet. They were well cleaned and maintained. The kitchenette was well maintained and had everything that you would need. Even had a hair drier/ with adaptor for curly hai... wat mensen zeggen » r which I never see. There was an iron in room as well. We were able to sit in the mornings on our balcony as it kept the early morning Lanzarote bree - Best was enjoying the sunshine on the balcony and swimming in the pool. There was shelter from the wind. The place was clean and well maintained, the staff were friendly and helpful. The wi-fi worked well. The enviroment was peaceful - a bit out of town centre but beaches, shops and restaurants were all close by.

  We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment. It was very comfortable and very clean, with a fully equipped kitchen. Sheets/towels were changed every other day. A bottle of wine was given to us, as a welcome gift and also fresh bread rolls were delivered every morning. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Within easy reach of shops, restaurants and the... wat mensen zeggen » beach. We stayed on a half board basis and the food served in the restaurant was good. One of the nicest places we've stayed at. Will definitely book - The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Every member that you passed on a daily basis always had a smile and said hello. The receptionists were friendly and helpful. A nice bottle of red wine was waiting for me in my room as a welcome gift and every morning, a fresh bread roll would be left in a plastic bag hanging on my door. It is the little touches that make a difference. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans, cutlery and plates and glasses.

  What a gem this place is! From the minute we arrived, we felt as though we were the only people who mattered. Dany and Joaquim who manage the reception made us very welcome. We were told the complex was fully occupied, but we saw only a few other guests and other then by the pool we heard no voices. It is a beautiful complex, stunningly maintained... wat mensen zeggen » , peaceful, a perfect place to relax. The bungalow had everything we needed for self-catering and even though we planned to eat out, we used the local - The best accomodation (for leisure) I've ever had. Location: excellent if you're interested in relax and peaceful atmosphere, close to unique Papagayo beaches (15 min. walk) and ordinary Coloradamar beach for those lazy ones (2-3 min. walk) :). Two supermarkets are nearby (Roper: 2-3 min.walk, HyperDino:5-7 min.walk). Bus stop is right in front of reception. If you travel with children, the playground is 2 min.walk. Very friendly and helpful personnel: we booked transfers/excursions at receptio
