  The hotel was clean and well maintained. We really enjoyed the (free!) wellness, which was just wonderful. The breakfast/dinner buffet was great, with plenty of choice available, and two live cooking stations. The staff was friendly, except for one grumpy man with glasses behind the reception. Hotel Escorial will be our first choice for future trips to Gran Canaria, and we'll defin - The Restaurant and Bar staff are particularly friendly and genuine. Breakfast and Lunch was very good especially for a three star hotel. The location is central to Playa del Ingles. This hotel also has an excellent roof terrace with a Jacuzzi and a wellness centre with a 'dead sea' pool, great for floating about in.

  the staff the facilities esp the pool and the adults area were simply fabulous stayed all inclusive which was quite simply fabulous and with two children in the group aged 13 and 10 it was perfect! will definitely recommend and return - Nice pool. Nice environment and views from the top of the mountain. Very friendly staff.

  I thought the food was really good and they had a great variety of food. The spa facilities were excellent and so was the girl on reception there, she was always a pleasure to deal with. The kiddies entertainment was very good also. The hotel was very clean - Our room had a fantastic sea view with complete privacy. Also very quiet.   From the moment I arrived I was looked after, great personal sevice. Antonio had said as I was travelling on my own he had put me in a bungalow close to the pool so it would be easier for me to interact with other guests. So nice that he had taken the time to think about the reservation before I arrived. The bungalows are well equipped, with everything you could possibly need, modern, c - I stopped staying at gay properties 15 years ago having found they were often overpriced and poorly run, so i was a liitle unsure booking this property initially. However I loved being there so much I more than doubled my stay. The property is secure, comfortable, nicely appointed, quiet, well run and was a pleasure to stay in.   We stayed there for nearly a month, great place, apartments with lovely huge terraces and sunbeds. Kitchen full with all the things you need even the oven, juicer and coffee maker which for 3* is not that common. Bit of walk down to the beach (like quarter of a mile or so) but because its on the hill you'll get nice ocean viev for that. Amadores a... wat mensen zeggen » bout 10 mins drive away. Taurito itself is much nicer then Puerto Rico - if somebody wants more quiet town. Overall nice relaxing place with very fri - The best hotel we stayed in Canary Islands! The Staff. They were so kind and speak perfect English and some other language like Swedish and Japanese as well. We asked for extra towels and some other stuffs, we left our room and came back to the room after 10 minutes maybe, then everything was fixed and prepared.   I'd often walked past this hotel on previous visits to Playa and loved the look of the pool but wasn't so sure about the actual accommodation. How pleasantly surprised I was. This place is a little bit of a gem, the rooms are quite dated with decor from the 70's but it works.... The pool area is amazing, massive pool with a bar in the middle. The snacks here were great and a fan - The staff was excellent! Both the people working at the reception, and those in the hotels restaurant. Delicious fish food was served for dinner at the buffet dinner several evenings when I stayed there.   Apart from the hotel which we LOVED, we liked the friendly locals. We rented bikes and cycled around and we were amazed by how nice all drivers were. Also when walking. Very good food in all restaurants we tried. As a family with young children, the facilities & organisation were absolutely spot on. We have a policy to always holiday somewhere different each year, but we might make an exception in this case!

  I found Vista Bonita to be very cosy, friendly and accommodating. The hotel wasn't overlooked so privacy was great and as we were high up on the mountain side out views were amazing. A quiet, relaxing, hotel in a fantastic location was just what I wanted and received. Everything from a Spar to buy essentials, bars and restaurants to the sandy dun... wat mensen zeggen » es were just on my doorstep. I loved the upstairs downstairs apartment i felt very at home there and found it met all my needs. The hotel isn't too b - It was very relaxing, very pleasant and warm host, it was clean, loved the location as it gave you a feeling of being in a community once you came onto the street. The hot jacuzzi was just absolutely lovely especially late in the evenings. Unlike other apartments, it had two floors with a toilet downstairs and a toilet shower upstairs, that was definitely a bonus as you could entertain downstairs get to know the person prior to moving upstairs if you wanted to (ps: i was a solo traveller ..lol)

  Very clean, attractive rooms with comfortable beds and plenty of space. The hotel was locked when we arrived, but the owners live across the street and arrived quickly after calling the number on the door. We received both a room key and a key to the lobby door, so access was no problem despite no staff after breakfast.
