  The place was great, full of green and trees. When we got there our host was Jose that was very polite and "cordial" all the time we needed to ask info about the place (all the staff in general was really nice) Value for money was great as well. I found the bungalow very comfortable and clean. The cleaner was coming almost every day and they chan... wat mensen zeggen » ge the towels very often. The location was very good for us as we rent a car so I couldn't say how would it be without. It was just amazing and relaxi - Really lovely bungalows, very quiet and relaxing. Large private patio area with sunbeds surrounded by pretty plants and flowers. Maid service 5 times a week with linen and towel change. Free wi fi. very freindly reception staff

  All staff were very friendly, efficient and accommodating. Very relaxed atmosphere throughout the complex. Very clean even if a little dated. Excellent and very safe swimming facilities (2 pools fenced off with difficult to open gates). Hardly any guests used the pools. Nice garden with plenty of sun loungers strewn around. Well stocked kitchen bu... wat mensen zeggen » t there was no electric kettle. Wi-Fi was better than expected. Hard to find better value at this price. Electronic safe and electronic gates so we fe - Excellent staff. Excellent service. Great pool (had it to ourselves!) Very accommodating about our late departure. WE WILL RETURN!!!

  Very clean and nice hotel. Staff was very helpful. Rooms were clean and homely. Location was perfect near the beach and bus station. Bed was comfort. Terrace had nice beautiful back yard. Will definitely come back to this hotel when travelling next time to Playa del Ingles! - Good location, relaxed atmosphere. Terraces facing SW, you need to get ... wat mensen zeggen » to 5. or 6. floor to get some sea-view. Rather large and basic apartments. Central, still calm and quiet. Excellent value for money at otherwise overpriced Playa del I.

  The apartment had everything required for self catering and even had a cleaning kit which I thought was a really good idea (washing up liquid, sponge and cloth). Plenty of delph, cutlery and pots and pans. Overall very good. Fresh rolls left on your door every morning!!! - The staff were simply superb, friendly chatty and welcoming.
