  Just returned from a touring holiday of Andalucia and the Casa San Jose was without doubt the best of the six hotels we stayed in during our visit. The hotel is a cross between a hotel, a palace and family home and will not disappoint anyone who walks in through the front door - this place certainly has the wow factor! It has been the family home of the owner for over 30 years and is filled with beautiful old furniture and objets d'art. The house is built round a typical Cordoban patio and is spacious and very comfortable. You are asked to make yourself at home.The breakfast is excellent and varied with fresh fruit and an ample Continental breakfast. The owners are friendly and helpful. They gave excellent advice about places to eat and exploring the local area.

  An elegant oasis in a perfect location in the beautiful city of Cordoba. The hotel emailed us the day before arrival with very detailed directions so we were able to find the hotel easily. The reception staff was very gracious and welcoming offering us cool beverages as we checked in. This was our favorite hotel and city in all of Spain. - Chic, boutique hotel in fantastic location in the old town, only steps away from the Cathedral. Staff friendly with excellent English. Tastefully decorated individually designed rooms made a change from the stereotype and the complimentary bowl of fruit was a nice touch. Very clean; staff very attentive; breakfast excellent. The view from the rooftop terrace is amazing and even more magical after dark.

  The room has a very modern minimalistic design . The shower room, the toilet and the bedroom are separated by wall to ceiling glass partitions. Some people may not like it, but we find it interesting. The owner really respected the special request that I submitted via letsbookhotel.com which was to have a quiet room with minimal street noise.   As usual, the staff of small hotels make or break the experience. In the case the staff at Los Faroles were exemplary. Would not hesitate to visit again. - The cleanliness, the friendly staff who suggested lots of sights we should see in our short visit to Cordoba, the location was very suitable as it was within walking distance of the Great Mosque and roman bridge.
