  The apartment was well fitted out and added bonus of a/c and decent kitchen utensils. Very clean, owner very helpful and informative. Added luxury of dual aspect balconies.   The apartment is spacious, clean, comforatble, and walking distance to the Dali museum and some great restaurants. Most importantly, however, is the amazing staff. They welcomed our four children with candy, explained the area and gave suggestions to a terrific restaurant, and even came to our aid when we got into an accident in the parking garage... wat mensen zeggen » . I would not hesitate to recommend this establishment to anyone, and if we ever make it back to Figueres I know where we'll be stay - The apartment we had was very comfortable and had a nice patio where we had breakfast. Not all the apartments have this, so if you care about this it is worth asking for it. The owners were very helpful, offering to do our laundry for us. They also directed us to a couple of truly great restaurants and gave good advice on what to order (including some excellent wine).

In tegenstelling tot wat wij op de site gelezen hadden vonden wij het ontbijtbuffet juist heel uitgebreid en goed verzorgt, mogelijk hebben ze iets gedaan met de opmerkingen. Metro vertrekt om de hoek en brengt je binnen enkele minuten naar het centrum. - de kamer/douche was uitstek... wat mensen zeggen » end (alhoewel in de informatie had gestaan dat er een bad was), de inrichting is modern, mensen zeer vriendelijk, uitstekend hotel, zeer blij mee, fijn dat er een restaurant is, dan hoef je er niet om te zoeken.

  So far it was one of the best acommodation experiences I`ve had. I booked a single room which is kind of small but it was ok for me. As I would come there only to sleep and stayed only for 4 nights it was no problem. Anyway, before booking I had thought it over properly and was neither surprised nor disappointed by the size. I especially liked the fact that you can find post- - Good location 5 minutes from the beach & the bus stop which is 30 seconds away no 14 takes you right to the bottom of las rambla. The facilities are good & I found the hotel staff very helpful & friendly! They gave me maps,& also booked my bus for me back to Gerona airport & booked a taxi to pick me up.   My friends and I really liked Casa Consell and liked it the most of all places we stayed during our two week trip thruout Europe. Stewart and his staff were very helpful and the accomodations were very comfortable. Our room was also very comfortable for the three of us. Stewart and staff helped us with our daily activities and getting - We are received with warm welcome to this charming hostel with excellent staffs. Everywhere was really clean and well-organized. Staffs are always for us to help. In our room, we had even patio which enjoyed a lot sitting out. We expected more of the noise from the streets, but it was really quiet. Kitchen facility was also very nice and clean when we cooked one evening and prepared extra things during breakfast as well. Thank you so much for your hospitality. We will definitely come back!!!

The staff gladly upgraded us to a suite without extra charge.   The Els Encantats is just across the street from the jeep service, and tourist info, that will drive you up to Aigüestores Natural Park. Couldn't be more convenient. There is some parking at the hotel but there is a very large, free municipal parking lot only 100-200 meters away. The breakfast was very rich and healthy. The restaurant dishes were not expensive and very good. I enjoyed a lot during my stay there, and would return to this place again on occasion.
