  This is a quiet business hotel (althouogh we were tourists) located in the Gracia neighborhood. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was an ok size with comfortable beds and wifi. Hotel has a inside/outside lounge that was nice for relaxing after a day of sightseeing and before heading out to dinner. Optional breakfast is acceptable. It's close to the city centre and bus stops are within 5 minutes of walk.Metro station (Diagonal) is within 15 minutes of walk. There's also a supermarket next to the hotel so you can buy almost everything you need. Local fruits are cheap. Overall it's a great value for the money we payed.

  We had a wonderful stay at the Cien Hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone who comes to Barcelona. The location was great... Just two blocks away from the boutiques and nightlife of Passeig de Gracia - wow! From the Airbus stop in Plaza Catalunya we had to walk only 5-7 min. Very convenient indeed. The receptionist was soo friendly and help... wat mensen zeggen » ful too. The service was very personalized and attentive during the entire stay. We learned that the hotel has only 8 rooms, which probably explains w - We LOVED Cien! The room was very cozy and chic. The shower was huge. The terrace was great. The AC worked wonderfully. The wi-fi signal was super strong. The TV in the room had some english channels, and there were more on later at night. The breakfast was great, and the breakfast area and private terrace was also very nice. It is in an awesome location. There are nice places to shop and eat very close by. Breakfast reasonably good. Overall, I think that we got our money worth.

  I loved the presentation of the flats upon entering, the way the beds were made up, the fact that there was dishwashing liquid, tablets for the dishwasher, toilet paper, rubbish bags etc just to start. Lovely touches were the free bottle of wine and water, it's the little things.... Reception was always friendly and efficient and helpful. The space within the apartment 2. Being located in residential Barcelona was good so could sample how the locals lived 3. Having 2 showers was really useful 4. Having a balcony was good so we could dry our towels! 5. The utilities were good - kettle, fridge, etc - even towels and basic toiletries were included which was unexpected. 6. The complimentary bottle of Cava was a bonus!

  Dat we met 2 families in het appartement konden. - There are ample beds - 7 in total in 4 rooms. The apartment is within short walking distance to Marina and Monumental metro station. Even we managed to walk to Placa de Catalunya where we catch the Aerobus to the airport. Facilities are complete and working perfectly, with adequate towels provid... wat mensen zeggen » ed daily. There are food stalls nearby to get your stuffs for own cooking - we found this to be much cost efficient for our hungry family members :D - The staff Was supernice we could leave our luggage there, I could print train and bus tickets for free. Two of our friends came a bit later however it Was no problem they could do the checking one day later. Fresh towels everyday and the infobook in the appartment is very useful too!!

  Excellent service from the bwh team, including prompt emails before our uk departure about arrangements for arrival and check-in at the apartment. The staff waited to 18.30, due to our late arrival, to arrange check-in, which was much appreciated. The apartment facilities were excellent and it felt like a home from home, which was a real feature of our ex - The house is very comfortable if you want to stay with your friends. The staff is very kind:) The location is perfect for the beach, within walking distance also it's very close to the metro station so you can quickly go to the centre with metro.
