  My favourite private accommodation of the whole Camino. This is a beautiful boutique guesthouse. It is comfortable, chic and relaxing. It's worth the money, believe me! PS: Some of the top end restaurants were closed when we were there. We had a menu del dia at El Casino Bar on the square. It looks really touristy, but the food is actually incredi... wat mensen zeggen » ble and they have a great list of local wines. Anything fried is good: potatoes, croquetas, calamares. One of the top 3 menus del dia on my Camino. If - Room 23 Kind and attentive receptionist, elegant furnishings, double bed, firm mattress, plenty of pillows, strong wifi, air conditioning worked well, great lighting in room which is oftentimes non-existent in hotels---floor lamp, 2 small lamps on each side of bed, desk lamp, and wall lamp as you enter room. Hotel has chosen serene colors---lots of creams and whites which make guests feel even more relaxed and rested. I would most definitely stay here again.

  We stayed at this hotel mid-January when we were the only guests and we quite enjoyed our stay. The hotel is quite convenient for our journey to/from The Algarve from France. On our return mid-March we stayed again. We were able to bring our dog. - Friendly staff,some spoke reasonable English.   Second visit to this hotel Biker friendly Wonderful Views from balcony window over old town Very, helpful staff. Excellent location. Good evening meal& breakfast on offer. Provided us with secure parking for the 6 large motorbikes . Lots of great views, if walking in the area. Ideal stop for motorcycle trips though the area. Will use again ... wat mensen zeggen » next year. Thank You - Great value hotel with lovely friendly staff. The view over the old town from the front facing bedrooms is wonderful. Big comfortable rooms and amazing value for money. Would definitely stay here again. El Burgo de Osma is a real gem and well worth a visit.

  The hotel has a superb location, close to the principal historic sites and good restaurants, taperías, bars, and stores. My room had a terrific view of the cathedral, the river and the promenade alongside, and the sculpted main gate into the cathedral square. The buffet breakfast is decent. And the price is right. - Enjoyed our stay at Hotel Via Gotica, perfect position for visiting Burgos town. Excellent little coffee shop attached to the Hotel and a long stay car park is just across the road. Rooms were very well equipped, lovely modern bathroom. Would definitely stay here again

  It had an amazing view of the aqueduct and was right across from the bus stop for #11 the one that brings you too and from the train station. Only a 7 minute walk to plaza mayor, and a beautiful shop filled walk at that.   It's very dog-friendly, we stay there twice a year with our dog. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly and the manager, Oscar, is marvellous. Eating facilities are suitably varied and the bar works for a quick snack breakfast. Lerma is a beautiful town, it's castle, church and arched streets in particular. This is ideal as a stopover from t... wat mensen zeggen » he ferry if driving further south but Lerma deserves a longer stay than a mere overnighter. - Lovely riverside walks, especially good when travelling with two dogs as we do. Very close to attractive Lerma town centre but also in the countryside. A few minutes drive from the motorway. Brilliant parking facilities. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Choice of two restaurants because the bar area is extensive and serves meals too. Good, local produce on the menus.
