  The hotel is located in a large, nice, green park with many trees. Quiet rooms with basic, but practical furniture. Nice, friendly staff, good food. 6 well maintained clay tennis courts, available for all day. - The staff were so attentive, rooms were immaculate. The resort had everything you needed. Great for young families! Food was superb!

  De kamer (221) heeft een schitterend balkon met ligstoelen, uitkijkend op zwembad en een kasteel. - Nadat we hadden aangegeven dat we in het oude gedeelte na 3 nachten niet konden slapen.   Staff was great, Cleaning and location near sea also - It was quiet and clean, nice pool, air conditioning in both the bedroom and lounge/kitchen areas. There were some bars & small supermarkets nearby and a nice beach within a few yards walking distance. The apartment contains everything you need on a self catering holiday; hob, oven, microwa... wat mensen zeggen » ve, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board, plus cleaning equipment. The beds were made every day and linen changed which was more than we expected. - We found the staff to be 'uber helpful' . Everyone from reception to housekeeping to maintenance were all exceptional. Apartment fabulous and serviced EVERY DAY. Clean towels all the time! Amazing!! Totally clean, modern, extremely well equipped ( washing machine in every apartment) with all new appliance. Best holiday complex ever and I am a 5* fussy guest. Would definitely return. Gloria in reception is a true angel.

  Everything was just perfect!! We had a lovely stay!! We´ve been to many hotels but this one was deffinetly the best!!!!! The room, the spa, the food, it was all lovely and it was sooo nice they came with a big bottle of champagne and a lovely birthday cake for my fiancees birthday!! that was a big surprise! - Very nice hotel. The only negative thing I found about the hotel is that not all staff spoke Spanish, and as a Spanish customer and staying in Palma de Mallorca (Spain) the minimum I expect is all members of staff to speak the language!

  The hotel was great value, the pool area was very well laid out. The choice of buffet or A La Carte was good and the food in the restaurant at the pool area was very good. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Overall the hotel was pleasant. We would go back but would request a floor above the third level. - Everything.   This is a very comfortable hotel with (for the most part) friendlystaff. We particularly liked the Terrace Restaurant and the poolatmosphere was relaxed and child friendly (without allowing thechildren to take over). Well managed establishment. We enjoyed our stayvery much.

The hotel is situated circa 10min drive from the Old Town of Ibiza and is surrounded by orange orchards. This makes it the ideal retreat to chill out or as a point to explore the rest of the island. Breakfast was included in our rate and was excellent. If you are looking for somewhere special to stay in Ibiza I would highly recommend Can Juame. - very friendly and helpful staff - from the reception ladies to the cleaning ladies, everyone gave their best to make us happy; location is the perfect combination of quiet and city center - u r five minutes from the busy Ibiza town center, but at the same time you are relaxing in a quiet and charming orange garden; jasmine, jasmine, jasmine - enchanting;
