Great facilities for children and the animation team were very good with mini disco. Beautiful pools with paddle pool for small toddlers. Cleaned 6 days per week and bedding/towel change twice per week Excellent staff who respond to information and requests without delay. Excellent staff, 2 mins walk to the Matagorda centro, full of bars, places to eat and a Spar. Really can't praise Nautilus enough and will def be back!!

  Stayed for one week All Inclusive. Staff were fantastic, most efficient & pleasant, couldn't do enough for you. The layout of hotel was quite quirky, rooms v clean & serviced everyday. Food was of top quality. Entertainment was provided every night but was not to our taste but we did appreciate its provision.   This is an amazing hotel - the private beach is gorgeous, water very clean and all grounds very well maintained. Beautiful palm trees that light at night. Tropical beer in bar lovely and refreshingly cold! Breakfast is a huge buffet with egg station, chef makes eggs all ways! Beautiful views while having breakfast. Hotel was a bit dated but very clean and staff were pleasant in the main - one person in particular stood out - Lito on reception who was extremely professional, helpful and always good humoured.
