  The staff have a very helpful, friendly, relaxed and polite attitude. This particularly applies to Marta and Cristina on reception who were good fun as well. At breakfast we were well looked after by Christina. I also have to mention the unsung heroines of the hotel, the room maids, who did a splendid job on our room.   The hotel and ground were immaculate. Beautifully kept, very clean and tidy. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Would most definitely stay again. - Everything. Great place, great staff.

  Hotel has great location with most wonderful terrace which is right by the sea. St. Elm is a pretty, small resort and out of season would recommend it for walkers and cyclists. There are a couple of magnificent walks you can do from the hotel, ie. to Port Andratx and 'La Trappe' (info. at hotel reception) but beware, no signposts to Port Andrat... wat mensen zeggen » x. Other than that, there is a small beach right next to hotel and regular buses to Port Andratx. Like the fact that the hotel manager is very visib - We spent 4 nights in this hotel from 2d of July till 6th of July 2013. We were really impressed by amazing views from our balcony. Calm sea, enticing mountains and very peaceful surrounding. Whats say more - cozy and romantic place. Its good for couple or just family rest.We also appreciated friendly and attentive staff and high quality service in the hotel. Room was cleaned. Location is perfect - just several steps to beach!

  We really enjoyed this hotel and area. The room was clean and spacious with a beautiful balcony overlooking the bay and pool. The kitchen had everything that we needed and the bathroom was quite large. The staff brought me a fan at no charge (The ac worked great, I just like the fan noise). We loved Sant Elm beach and the close by Camp de Mar and ... wat mensen zeggen » Port de Andratx areas. We wish we would have just done our whole vacation there instead of checking out the other side of the island too. We wound up - Very friendly and helpful staff. We were upgraded and, because our room was occupied again on check-out, transfered to another room for a late check-out. Rooms are spacious, clean and well looked after. Views on the bay are superb. Since we only stayed one night and did not use any meals we cannot judge these facilities.
