  All the staff where extra nice and helpful, always smiling and trying to make you feel comfortable. The hotel was in nice location, just a few minutes walk to both the ocean and yumbo center.   This is my fourth time going back to the sandy beach hotel. I think it is a great hotel and will deffinetly be back. The games and entertainment for kids is great. - 1. Most friendly, cheerful and helpful staff. 2. Excellent choice of good quality food at buffet dinners and breakfasts.

  Hotel has perfect location, very close to the beach. Rooms are very cosy, personal is incredibly friendly. We were staying with 8 month old baby and we were provided with baby bed, high chair. There were washing and drying machine available on the premises, which made our life much easier. Al in all very enjoyable stay! - It was our first trip to Playa del Ingles, and the hotel and place was a lot better than we expected.   Het was een lekker rustig hotel met erg vriendelijk en behulpzaampersoneel. Kamer was natig uitgerust en slechts 4 televisiezenders. Geennedelands tv aanbod. Prettig verblijf gehad.

  The hotel was clean and well maintained. We really enjoyed the (free!) wellness, which was just wonderful. The breakfast/dinner buffet was great, with plenty of choice available, and two live cooking stations. The staff was friendly, except for one grumpy man with glasses behind the reception. In our opinion, this hotel would be competitive within... wat mensen zeggen » the 4 star range, but easily beats the others with 3 stars. Hotel Escorial will be our first choice for future trips to Gran Canaria, and we'll defin - The Restaurant and Bar staff are particularly friendly and genuine. Breakfast and Lunch was very good especially for a three star hotel. The location is central to Playa del Ingles. This hotel also has an excellent roof terrace with a Jacuzzi and a wellness centre with a 'dead sea' pool, great for floating about in.

  Staff have always been helpful, this is the 5th time i've stayed here. On this occasion due to the air traffic control problem in the uk, i am in fact still here. Spacious two-room apartments with nice balcony view towards the pool. The balcony has sunlight in the morning. We loved the kitchen. The pool area was good. A 20 min walk to Playa del Inglés beach, but that did not bother us.

  the location was good - Very nice hotel. I loved the decoration, so spanish. Our room was spacious. Staff is nice, they helped us when we needed help with map and everything. Loved the pool! Really good location.
