  The hotel was great value, the pool area was very well laid out. The choice of buffet or A La Carte was good and the food in the restaurant at the pool area was very good. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Overall the hotel was pleasant. We would go back but would request a floor above the third level. - Everything. Though not dinner buffet fans, the spread was so broad, tasty and moderately priced we had it 3 times. The whole facility is beautiful, and there's free nightly entertainment too.

  Great place. Very nice and helpful staff, looking after their guests. Located between two beaches (a few minutes by foot to each of them). Quiet at night. Spotless in the entire building, bed made every day. A restaurant available downstairs though we had no occasion to test it. Place was still peaceful. The stuff was really nice and room extremely clean. Extra towels were given to the beach if needed. Room was cleaned every day. Nothing to complain!

  Stayed at Sol Lunamar for the 3rd time in May 2013, and as usual it was nice being back. Once again I got a studio facing the pool (as per request), and the guys at the front desk were very service minded and helpful. Upon arrival the water tap in the kitchenette was leaking, but already the next day two ”handy men” replaced the leaking unit with ... wat mensen zeggen » a brand new tap! Excellent and prompt service! As mentioned in a previous review the location of Sol Lunamar is very central. Just walk through the ma - The staff were extremely helpful seeing to our every need, they were friendly and smiley a very welcoming atmosphere. Also liked the music around pool.   I stayed here for one night with my 5 year old grandaughter before we met up with a large family party in a larger apartment in another hotel. It was great! It is very central, clean, safe and just what we needed for one night for 2 people. We booked a twin bedded room with ensuite facilities. Althought it was very basic, ie no TV, tea/coffee, ket... wat mensen zeggen » tle.....it was very clean and two seconds from the main Palma Nova beach, bus stop, restaurants, parks, bars etc. Roberto (the owner) was there all th - Great value, quiet and clean. Emma and Roberto run a tight ship, which makes it feel very secure. Great location a minute from the beach. Even though it's only 20 minutes walk or so from Magaluf and a couple of doors down from a late night bar we didn't experience any street noise nor, for that matter, any noise from drunken guests wanting to continue partying (probably due to the owners' security policies e.g. no non-hotel guests allowed up in the rooms).
