  Going up the hill to the tiny Zozaya you get the feeling you are in the middle of nowhere and it was lovely! The hosts were perfect (including Mario the very friendly dog). The food was delicious. Overall it was the most relaxing and wonderful part of our Spain trip. Just a few side notes:no children are allowed so guests can get the full relaxing... wat mensen zeggen » experience. Also (just so you're aware), if you're in the suite you have to carry your luggage up two floors. - Superb hotel in a breathtakingly beautiful surrounding in the green Basque mountains. We had a stopover at Kuko on our way from Pamplona to Donostia, and that was the best decision we could have made. It was a perfect break from the buzz of the cities - the staff was really charming, our room offered stunning views on the mountains, dinner was really great, too. We really thought about spending one more night at Kuko, but, well...we had to move on.

  Ziga, where Casa Rural Aldekoa is located, is one of the quaintest and most tranquil villages in the Valle del Baztan. We loved the view down the valley from the pretty garden and from our balcony. Our room was beautifully decorated, combining tradition and mod cons.   The owners....delightful people who did everything they could to make our stay a special one. The cleanliness...and the comfort.   Alles fantastisch. Ontzettend aardige gastfamilie. Gastvrouw en ook kinderen spreken Engels. Het huis is warm en smaakvol ingericht met traditionele gebruiksvoorwerpen. Heerlijk veelal zelfgemaakt eten. - beautifull place !! and very kind host
