  We loved our stay at this Hotel Palace! Perfect, professional and very polite and helping staff. We had a wonderful room with a balcony and good view (standard). It was perfect, spotlessly clean, light, not noisy. They cleaned the room several times a day. We gave our passport copies, our credit cards and all info, but when we came back at 5 pm from sightseeing,our bags were still not brought to our rooms. We were 3 couples and were exhausted. They said they needed another signature before they could put the bags in the rooms. It was ridiculous since we

  The best hotel I have ever stayed during my trip in Europe.The nicely-decorately apt is located in a building with a traditional styled elavator. The room service and facility is quite good and the apt decoration is modern and styish. There are some books and maps of the city who shows the owner of the apt is attentive to the needs of guests. We are so impressive and will definately spend more days there next time in Barcelona. - The owner Santiago met us upon arrival at the apartment. He gave us a very thorough run down of Barcelona and recommended local tapas bars and restaurants. The apartment is in a nice residential area away from the main hustle and bustle and it furnished to a high standard. It is within walking distance of all the main tourist attractions and metro. It would have no reservation in recommending these apartments to friends.
