  The apartment was exactly as seen on the pictures - nice interior, cozy, fresh, well equipped. Location was perfect - nice neighbourhood, in the end of the main shopping street in Barcelona, close to the metro stations (in the middle of two metro stations). Our apartment was courtyard side, so it was quiet and peaceful. We loved the apartment.   Great apartment in a very convenient location. We stayed in the penthouse/terrace and found it to be very modern and nicely fitted out, the furniture was also very comfortable and it was very clean. The bedroom was spacious. Great to have a combined washer/dryer and the motorised window shutters to block out the early morni - The location of the apartment is great. The metro station of sant pay/ dos de maige is just across the street. The apartment is also near the gaudi avenue which is technically close to the sagrada familia. The building is also near various restaurants, and groceries that give guests a lot of choices for their meals. The receptionist who greeted us was so kind. She explained to us the apartment thoroughly and introduced the vicinity to us, pointing out the various tourist location in the area.

Two adults and two children (8 and 4 years old). 1) They don't have 24 hours reception desk so they contact you by email or/and by phone and provide you with the detailed instructions on how to get there and explanations about the check-in procedure. We arrived by train and had a delay about 2 hours, but we had no problems wh - Staff was extremely friendly and helpful and catered to all of our needs. The apartment itself was nice,clean and compact and of course a bargain for the money we paid,much bigger than a hotel room and cheaper. There are coffee shops,kiosks,an organic supermarket close by, basically everything you'd need for an enjoyable visit. Wi-fi was free and extremely fast.
